Cherie Feemster is a wife, mother, early childhood educator, author, motivational/leadership speaker, and an inspiration to others in the field of education and her community.  She has helped parents, teachers, and community organizations understand the importance of education and include academic interventions and strategies in their daily lives. The passion Cherie has for education has led her into becoming an amazing educational advocate and leader within her community and with the North Carolina Association of Educators as a Regional Director. She is also the founder and CEO of A Kinder Balance Tutoring Services. 

Holding a North Carolina professional teaching license, Cherie has over 18 years of experience in teaching and education.  She holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Early Childhood Education and a Master's of Arts in Teaching, along with a Master's of School Administration. Her additional certifications include Basic Tutor Training and Wholistic Learning and Learning Preferences with the National Tutoring Association. Cherie is a wife and a mom of two beautiful children.  Cherie believes that with positive relationships and connections cha, change and impact are bound to happen!
